Check the app, purchased version, payment provider and licence terms. Public purchases remain closed; test receipts are labelled and do not grant a public installer.
Direct-download activation
Open the direct-download app’s licence settings and use the licence supplied with your purchase. Keep the key private. If a device limit is reached, use the supported deactivate or support process; do not delete your media.
An App Store purchase
Use Restore Purchases in the corresponding App Store build, with the Apple account that made the purchase. App Store purchases are managed by Apple and are separate from a website licence key.
Manage a plan
For a direct LiveVault subscription, open Purchases & billing in your verified website account and choose Cancel renewal. For Apple subscriptions, use Apple’s subscription settings. A web portal cannot cancel an Apple subscription.
A payment or connection problem
Check the confirmed payment status before trying to pay again. An ordinary subscription cancellation retains paid access through its confirmed end date. Existing one-time purchases retain their agreed rights. Saved media is not deleted because billing is unavailable.
Keep a separate backup
Back up both the catalogue and media. A local copy into a cloud-synced folder is not proof that the provider has finished uploading it.
