The important bits · 7 September 2026
Seven days. A straightforward refund.
Our voluntary refund promise, with your statutory rights intact.
Current availability, trials and cancellation
Keepstack is a one-time purchase. StreamLatch subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout. Existing purchases retain the terms agreed at purchase. Browser demos are free examples: using them or creating an account does not start a paid trial or an automatically renewing subscription.
Cancel direct StreamLatch renewals in Account → Purchases & billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; remaining verified paid time stays available. Checkout states the full price, billing conditions and delivery terms before you commit. Downloading or installing alone does not remove any statutory cancellation right.
The 7-day window
If the software is not right for you, request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase by contacting hello@fancylittlecompany.com. Include the product, order reference and purchasing email so we can locate the order. Do not include card details or passwords.
For a direct PayPal purchase, an approved refund is processed through the original transaction. We do not require you to accept store credit in place of an eligible refund.
Outside the window
Contact us if the software is faulty, not as described, or another issue remains unresolved. The 7-day voluntary policy does not replace or shorten rights and remedies provided by applicable consumer law.
Your payment provider may also handle refunds through its dispute processes. Those rights are independent of our voluntary window.
A purchase processed by Apple
If you purchase through an Apple App Store, Apple manages the receipt and refund request through its own process. Contact us for software help; Apple handles refunds for its own transactions. Eligibility and consumer rights depend on the purchase and region.
Apple refund instructionsWhen money returns
After a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider determines when it appears. Contact us if you need help checking a refund’s status.

A refund may end the paid entitlement associated with that order. It does not authorise us to delete your locally stored media. Public installers and available software updates are separate from the right to use paid features. Keep backups of your media and catalogue regardless of licence status.
