Mosaic’s helper uses Qt and PySide 6.11.1. Copyright The Qt Company Ltd. and contributors. Save the source, licence notices and build materials, or follow the instructions to create a separate Mosaic Custom app.
Mosaic 0.25.1 updates purchase settings and uses the same Qt and PySide libraries and source archive as 0.25.0. The source download keeps its original filename.
Your official app stays unchanged.
The replacement script creates a separate, locally signed copy with its own catalogue. It does not change the official app, delete your library, change system security settings or require a paid Apple developer account.
Custom builds are not notarized official releases. Compatible library interfaces and the required free build tools are necessary. Purchase activation and provider sign-in still apply.
